We’re looking for an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) with technical rigor and a strong desire to make an impact.

Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Data Management and Analytics
Proven experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) focusing on SQL Server
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server versions 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, and above
Experience in installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrading of SQL Server instances
Proficiency in Transact-SQL (T-SQL) for database administration and development
Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize database performance
Experience in query and index performance tuning
Experience with backup and recovery strategies, using native SQL Server tools and third-party solutions
Knowledge of high availability solutions, including Always On Availability Groups, failover clustering, and database mirroring
Knowledge of SQL Server security practices, including access control, data encryption, and auditing
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automating administrative tasks
Experience with tools like SQL Server Agent for job scheduling and automation
Experience with monitoring and management tools, including SSMS, SQL Server Profiler, and third-party tools like Redgate or SolarWinds
Ability to diagnose and resolve performance and availability issues in the database
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions in critical situations
Fluency in English
