We are looking for our next Customer Support Specialist (Junior Profile):
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional post-sale support to our clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically through both verbal and written channels
Build trust-based relationships with clients through active listening and responsiveness
Manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently with a high level of organization and attention to detail
Approach problems with a proactive mindset and a focus on effective solutions
Actively listen to client needs and provide tailored support
Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and ensure service quality
Requirements:
Up to 1 year of professional experience in a customer support or client-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Empathetic, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
Availability to work from our Carnaxide office
