We are looking for our next Customer Support Specialist (Junior Profile):

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional post-sale support to our clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement

  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically through both verbal and written channels

  • Build trust-based relationships with clients through active listening and responsiveness

  • Manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently with a high level of organization and attention to detail

  • Approach problems with a proactive mindset and a focus on effective solutions

  • Actively listen to client needs and provide tailored support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and ensure service quality

Requirements:

  • Up to 1 year of professional experience in a customer support or client-facing role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Empathetic, proactive, and problem-solving mindset

  • Availability to work from our Carnaxide office
